On the Road: 100 Years of Motorcycles in America opened at the Morris Museum on Sunday, Sept. 25 and will run through Sunday, Dec. 4, in Morris-Township, N.J..
With approximately 40 motorcycles on display, the Morris Museum’s new exhibition, “On the Road: 100 Years of Motorcycles in America”, explores the many facets of the motorcycle – its origins, engineering innovations, customization, and, of course, bike culture.
The exhibit, which opened Sunday, Sept. 25 and will run through Sunday, Dec. 4, will feature many special programs geared toward bikers.

Bike Helmets and Safety:
On Thursday, Oct. 13 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. members and non-members can bring their bicycle helmets to the museum and make them more original with paint, stickers and ribbon. Participants will also learn how to wear their helmets properly and learn tips for safer riding. Tickets are $3 for mebers and $5 for non-members. Registration is required.
